Wirdi Privacy Policy

Wirdi is a Quran reading app for saving your current wird position and tracking khatmahs. Core reading works locally without a required account and does not require an internet connection.

Data stored on your device

Wirdi stores your current reading position, page/surah/ayah information, khatmah and reading-session history, and app preferences locally on your device. A small subset of local state is shared with Android home-screen widgets so they can display your wird position.

What Wirdi does not do

The current release contains no advertising SDK, behavioral analytics, or account requirement for core reading. We do not sell personal data, and core use does not request location, camera, or contacts permissions.

Internet access and third-party libraries

Some software libraries used by the app include optional capabilities that may use internet resources. Their presence does not mean Wirdi sends your reading history to external services. If a future network feature collects or transmits user data, this policy will be updated before that feature is relied upon.

Control and deletion

You can clear khatmah history from the app settings. Uninstalling the app normally removes its local data according to operating-system behavior. Widget data may remain temporarily until the widget is refreshed or removed.

Quran integrity

The core Quran text and Mushaf page map are documented application assets and are not used for advertising or tracking.
